Shamkhani in an interview with Al Jazeera: The missile program is a red line
Ali Shamkhani announced in an interview with Al Jazeera that the missile systems of the Islamic Republic are a red line and there will be no negotiations about them.
Referring to regional tensions, he said that Israel is not capable of taking action against Iran without direct support from the United States, and warned that Tehran will respond strongly, decisively, and appropriately to any adventurism, and the cost of any miscalculation will be heavy.
Shamkhani also added that if the negotiations are realistic and without maximalist demands, there is a possibility of progress, and Iran’s diplomatic efforts to strengthen the political option and reduce tensions continue.
