Ali Shamkhani, the representative of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Republic and Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, departed for Baghdad, the capital of Iraq, this morning, Sunday, March 19.

Shamkhani had previously traveled to China and signed the agreement to normalize relations with Saudi Arabia. After the Beijing trip, he headed to the UAE.
