Shiraz Mobile Sellers Union: Mobile Sales Halted Due to Fear of Losing Capital

The Mobile Phone Sellers Union of Shiraz has stopped selling phones due to the fear of losing capital.

The head of the Union of Phone Repairers and Sellers and Accessories of Shiraz announced that the increase in the dollar and currency rates has caused the mobile phone sales in the Tehran market to stop.

Ali Dastgheib told ILNA that the closure of the Tehran mobile market since last Wednesday has resulted in mobile goods and phones not being sent to other cities.

He further stated that the increase in the dollar and currency rates has caused the mobile phone sales in the Tehran market to stop, and shopkeepers, fearing the loss of their capital, have stopped selling phones. The mobile buying and selling market in Shiraz has come to a halt, and buyers and sellers do not dare to trade mobile phones.

Unfortunately, the price of the iPhone 13 Pro Max 256GB has increased from 56 million tomans to 85 million tomans, which has led to the absence of buyers and sellers in the market.
