Signing of the Comprehensive Cooperation Program Document between Iran and Syria

Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, Iran’s Foreign Minister, has announced the signing of the Comprehensive Cooperation Program Document between Iran and Syria.

He stated that this document has been signed by the presidents of the two countries.

Currently, Ebrahim Raisi is in Syria for meetings and discussions with Syrian officials.

The Iranian Foreign Minister mentioned that the signing of the Comprehensive Cooperation Program Document between Iran and Syria has happened for the first time in the history of the two countries. According to Mr. Amir-Abdollahian, this document addresses all mutual issues with a long-term, strategic, and multi-decade perspective.

Ebrahim Raisi also stated that the signing of this document signifies the beginning of a new chapter in the relations between the two countries.
