Süleyman Soylu stated that 6,660 foreigners have lost their lives in the Turkey earthquake.

The Turkish minister reported that the death toll of the earthquake in Turkey has reached 48,448, of which 6,660 were citizens of foreign countries.

Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the President of Turkey, has pledged to rebuild the destruction caused by the earthquake within a year.

He mentioned that the number of buildings destroyed by the earthquake has exceeded 30,000.

The severe earthquake in Turkey has also been followed by thousands of aftershocks.
