Dropsite: Some ships changed course after Iran’s warnings in the Strait of Hormuz
The Dropsite website, citing the maritime intelligence company Windward, reported that since July 4, several ships in the Strait of Hormuz have altered their routes coinciding with the activity of Iranian patrol boats.
According to this report, two ships were redirected from the southern shipping corridor to the northern route, and four ships changed course and returned after starting to exit the Persian Gulf. Additionally, ships using the U.S.-protected shipping corridor received radio warnings.
