I want to assure the people that based on the existing law, which is the Islamic Penal Code approved in 2009, any access to individuals’ personal data and information is a crime, and those who have unauthorized access will certainly face serious legal action. Therefore, people should trust the country’s internal systems and devices in this regard.

We also raised this in the commission and spoke with the minister, stating that if the domestic platforms cannot make the necessary improvements and upgrades within the given timeframe, there is a possibility that we might move towards purchasing a strong foreign platform.
