State Media Justifies Russia's Anti-Iranian Action: The Issue of the Three Iranian Islands Was Just One Clause of the Statement

The government’s media justification for Russia’s anti-Iranian action was that the issue of the three Iranian islands was just one clause in the statement.

The Iran newspaper wrote that a clause in the final statement of the Arab-Russia Cooperation Forum, proposed by the UAE, once again activated the internal pro-Western faction against the strategic cooperation between Iran and Russia.

While the issue of the three Iranian islands was merely one clause in the statement reviewing ways to strengthen cooperation between Arab countries and Russia, anti-revolutionary media sought to imply that the three Iranian islands were the main topic of the recent meeting in Morocco.

The mischief of the anti-Iranian media stream caused some political figures, in line with completing the pro-Western project, to criticize and undermine the fundamental Tehran-Moscow anti-sanctions relations. Earlier this year, this same media project was repeated by internal pro-Westerners.
