Summoning of the Sister of a Protester Who Was Killed: Rada Fatehi Accused of Disturbing Order and Peace
Rada Fatehi, the sister of Ramin Fatehi, one of those killed in the nationwide protests, has been summoned to the Sanandaj court.
Ramtin Fatehi, the son of Ramin, told BBC Persian about his aunt’s summons, stating that the notice was issued on March 26 but reached Rada Fatehi on April 13. According to this summons, Ms. Fatehi must appear in Branch 101 of the Sanandaj Criminal Court on Saturday, April 15.
In this notice, she is accused of disturbing public order and peace.
Ramtin Fatehi stated that Rada Fatehi had previously been abducted from her private residence on October 14, 2022, after her two brothers, Ramin and Voria, were arrested by intelligence forces.
Ramtin Fatehi says his father Ramin was killed under brutal torture on the ninth day of his detention at the age of 49, and Rada and Voria Fatehi were released on bail of two billion until the day of the trial after 21 days of interrogation and torture.
