Suspension of New Episode of Women's Secret Network; Summoning of Director, Writer, and Producer to Court

The new episode of ‘Secret Women’s Network’ has been halted; the director, writer, and producer have been summoned to the prosecutor’s office.

Mashregh News wrote that the series ‘Secret Women’s Network’ with its slogan ‘Women, Power, Glory of the Young Generation’ has been teaching about recent events and is essentially a trial version of the recent unrest.

Most of the accusations are directed at Aida Mesbahi, the producer and production manager of the Namava platform, who has produced a series that serves as a guide for women’s disturbances in Iran. In this regard, Afshin Hashemi, the director, Mohammad Rahmanian, the writer, and Aida Mesbahi, the producer, have been summoned to Tehran’s 21st Prosecutor’s Office for some explanations.

Meanwhile, the Namava platform has not provided any explanation on the series’ dedicated page about the airing time of the fifteenth episode, and it is still unclear when this episode will be broadcast. The series has been produced in 30 episodes, and so far, 14 episodes have been distributed, with 16 episodes remaining to be aired.
