Tashakkori Hashemi’s Complaint About Zakani’s Short-term Appointments
Jafar Tashakkori Hashemi, the head of the Tehran City Council’s Transportation Commission, expressed his complaint this morning in the Tehran City Council meeting about Zakani’s short-term appointments. He said that we should not rely solely on trial and error. Jobs like the metro or Behesht Zahra are specialized, and it takes months for a manager to become familiar with the people and identify the issues. However, now in less than a year, managers have left and new ones have been appointed, and it takes time for the new manager to get to know the work and identify the problems.
