Tasnim News Agency: The likelihood of a coalition between Ghalibaf’s team and the Stability Front is high
Tasnim wrote that according to the information received, joint meetings between the Coalition Council of Revolutionary Forces and the Stability Front are continuing seriously, and some sources report a high probability of a coalition between these two fronts in the upcoming elections.
Last night, two prominent members of the Coalition Council of Islamic Revolutionary Forces held another joint meeting with some key members of the Stability Front to reach a common list. This meeting, which focused on examining the criteria for the most qualified representative, continued late into the night.
Contrary to some reports, so far neither the Coalition Council nor the Stability Front have discussed the number of individuals they have in mind, and have only debated the criteria. It is also mentioned that the Stability Front and the Coalition Council have had negative views on certain options, with some agreements reportedly reached on a few of them, but according to this report, disagreements still exist on others.
Based on the news received by Tasnim’s reporter, it cannot be definitively stated that the Coalition Council and the Stability Front will reach a unified list, but various sources have evaluated the progress of these meetings positively, and the likelihood of a coalition between the Coalition Council of Revolutionary Forces and the Stability Front is strengthening.
Additionally, the Stability Front is determined not to form a coalition with any other group, including Amna or the Unity Council, if an alliance with the Coalition Council is not achieved, and the only agenda for this front is to consider a coalition with the Coalition Council.
