Tasnim: Tehran’s prosecutor has opened a legal case against Hossein Pakdel

Tasnim News Agency wrote that the judiciary announced a legal case was opened by Tehran’s prosecutor yesterday for a presenter-actor due to the publication of content aimed at disturbing public mental security and insulting behavior.

Tasnim wrote that the offending individual is Hossein Pakdel, who mocked and ridiculed the deceased, especially Ebrahim Raisi, through an Instagram story.

Tehran’s prosecutor also issued a necessary warning to the editor-in-chief of a newspaper following some mischief by the publication.

According to Tasnim’s reporter’s follow-ups, the newspaper that received a warning from Tehran’s prosecutor is Jahan-e Sanat, whose editor-in-chief has been tried and expressed several times before.
