Tataloo in the last session of addressing his charges: I made a mistake, I have no defense.
In the last session of addressing the charges against Amirhossein Maghsoudloo, known as Tataloo, presided over by Judge Afshari in Branch 26 of the Islamic Revolutionary Court, Tataloo stated: I made a mistake, I have no defense.
The prosecutor’s representative told the accused: Most of your audience were young people and teenagers who were influenced by the drugs you used and promoted.
The accused replied: My intention was not to promote drugs. I wanted to introduce a herbal alternative for those who are addicted to alcohol and drugs to have less harm, which was a mistake, and I accept my mistake.
Tataloo then, in response to the prosecutor’s representative’s question about why his Instagram page was closed, said: In an Instagram story, women aged 15 to 20 were invited to participate in a video for one of the songs, which according to European law was considered child exploitation, and the page was closed.
The accused reiterated in his defense: I certainly made mistakes, and many of my behaviors were wrong. I apologize for the mistakes I made.
Judge Afshari told the accused: What guarantee is there that your mistakes will not be repeated? You have expressed regret in the past as well but continued your actions.
The accused replied: I did not receive proper education and I made a mistake.
Tataloo’s lawyer stated regarding the promotion of betting sites by his client: After promoting the betting site, when the accused realized people were harmed by this path, he immediately changed his stance.
At the end, the lawyer requested the judge to issue a fair and legal verdict regarding his client.
