Tehran Municipality establishes Modesty and Hijab Committees in clinics

On Monday, May 1st, during the Modesty and Hijab Council meeting, Tehran Municipality ordered the establishment of Modesty and Hijab Committees in its affiliated clinics. Previously, Tehran Municipality had also announced a significant proactive approach in 70 Tehran metro stations.

According to the municipality, the members of the Modesty and Hijab Committees in the clinics will include the clinic director, the internal manager, and one person with the necessary qualifications. These committees are authorized to promote virtue and prevent vice among visitors in the clinics.
