The Tehran Municipality’s Press Organ on the Arrangement of Managers and Weakness of Raisi’s Government
The press organ of Tehran Municipality, in its criticism of Raisi’s revolutionary government, wrote that one of the weaknesses of the thirteenth government is the way managers are arranged and organized, which indeed needs to be corrected. In fact, efforts should be made to utilize all elites and specialists in various fields to avoid a uniform way of thinking in the formulation and implementation of policies, as this ultimately leads to a process that can render policymaking undesirable or neutral.
In fact, the government must be able to create a foundation for diversity management in a transformation-focused and creativity-oriented manner. This diversity management is certainly beneficial for the government as it leads to the strengthening of pragmatism. Strengthening pragmatism will result in improvements in various areas such as the distribution and redistribution of income and welfare, development-oriented thinking, and transparency in the relationship between the people and the government.
