The 2023 budget bill was sent to the Guardian Council

The Islamic Consultative Assembly has completed its review of the 2023 national budget bill and has sent this resolution to the Guardian Council for review.

The review of the national budget bill for the year 2023, which is the second budget of Ebrahim Raisi’s government, took 10 days and was approved by the Assembly in 25 sessions.

Some economic experts say that the Assembly has increased the government’s public expenditures in next year’s budget.

According to the Iranian Constitution, the Guardian Council must review this resolution for conformity with the Constitution and Islamic law.
