The suspects who committed robbery on Sadr Highway on April 10th were brought back to Sadr Highway today for a crime scene reconstruction after their arrest.
One of the suspects stated that his accomplices were from his neighborhood, he is 18 years old and from Abuzar Boulevard, and had a military exemption. We were snatching phones, and I had been released for 3 months. There were 4 of us, and one person escaped. I have one previous theft record, and my grandmother posted bail for my release.
He continued, saying we entered the highway and saw the car door was open, so we attacked with a cold weapon, a knife, and robbed the car owner’s phone. If the car door had been locked, we couldn’t have stolen it.
