The Bar Associations of Isfahan and Semnan rejected the Internet Pro.
Two professional lawyer organizations in Iran announced that receiving special internet access contradicts legal principles and the constitution.
The Bar Associations of the provinces of Isfahan and Semnan stated they do not accept the possibility of receiving Internet Pro or special internet access.
The Isfahan Bar Association rejected this proposal after a vote, stating that such a possibility conflicts with Article 20 of the Constitution.
The Semnan Bar Association also emphasized in a statement that granting any special internet access is not compatible with fundamental legal principles.
Previously, some professional organizations, including the Graphic Designers Association and the Nursing System Organization, had also expressed their opposition to receiving this type of access.
