The bill to establish the Ministry of Commerce was approved by the Cabinet.
The Islamic Republic government has announced that the bill to establish the Ministry of Commerce has been approved by the Cabinet.
Mohammad Hosseini, the parliamentary deputy of the Iranian president, has stated that they will present this bill to the parliament at the earliest opportunity to reduce the burden on the Ministry of Industry, Mines, and Trade and the Ministry of Agriculture.
According to Mr. Hosseini, if the members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly agree to its establishment and the Guardian Council approves it, the new ministry will focus more on its primary responsibilities, which is production.
