Mostafa Nakhai criticized the government and the Supreme Energy Council for neglecting the establishment of fueling stations and energy supply, as well as for not including these cars in the vehicle fuel basket.
Mostafa Nakhai has stated that the import of electric cars is contingent upon the establishment of fueling stations and energy supply by the government. He also criticized the Supreme Energy Council for not including electric cars in the energy basket of vehicles, a matter that he believes should be addressed.
Nakhai has described the import of electric cars as one of the most important methods for diversifying the vehicle fuel basket, because relying solely on gasoline for vehicle fuel supply leads to challenges that we are currently facing.
According to this representative, the existence of a nationwide electricity network in Iran allows for a reduction in gasoline consumption and pollution through electric cars.
