The executive mechanism for the reinstatement of students who were deprived of education has been announced.

The head of the Student Organization says the executive mechanism for the return of students deprived of education has been announced to the country’s universities in a directive.

On Friday, October 13th, Saeed Habiba told ISNA news agency that numerous clear legal errors have been observed in the review of these students’ cases, which invalidate the previous issued rulings.

However, he did not explain which category of students deprived of education can return to the university.

This is while the Minister of Science in the current government said in September that the return of detained students and professors or those with legal cases is the responsibility of the Judiciary’s task force.

During the Woman, Life, Freedom protests, many protesting students were expelled and suspended from Iranian universities, and many of them faced disciplinary, security, and legal cases.
