The fate of luxury car taxes has changed
While the government had predicted to collect taxes from owners of cars valued over 15 billion tomans next year, the parliament added another 15 billion to this figure, and it was decided that owners of cars valued over 3 billion tomans will pay taxes.
Since the government had predicted to generate 7,070 billion tomans in revenue from luxury cars, with the change in the price of cars subject to tax, achieving this amount has become uncertain.
