The Film 'Everything Everywhere All at Once' Sweeps the Oscars

The film Everything Everywhere All at Once swept the Oscars.

The 95th Academy Awards were held on Sunday night, March 13th, local time, at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, and the acclaimed film Everything Everywhere All at Once astonishingly managed to win the most awards.

Although at the start of the ceremony it seemed that the film All Quiet on the Western Front would probably win the most awards, the pendulum swung back unexpectedly. Perhaps the most surprising aspect of the event was that many films that previously seemed strong contenders for the major awards, including Tár, The Banshees of Inisherin, The Fabelmans, and Elvis, all went home empty-handed.

The science fiction film Everything Everywhere All at Once, co-directed by Daniel Kwan and Daniel Scheinert, was nominated in eleven categories and ultimately won seven awards, including Best Picture and Best Director. The film also won for Best Editing and Best Screenplay.
