The state-run newspaper Kayhan says that America is only expressing happiness about the Iran-Saudi Arabia agreement.
Kayhan wrote: Is the West, especially America, really happy about this agreement? It can be stated with absolute certainty that no, the Westerners are lying and are not happy about this agreement because fundamentally, Iranophobia has been the most important policy and pretext that the West has relied on to extract dollars from Arab countries.
This agreement, if implemented and completed, would mean the end of the Iranophobia policy and consequently the end of the dollars that the West pockets under the pretext of supporting these countries.
Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries, if they gain just one achievement from this agreement, it would be keeping billions of dollars in their pockets that the West has been annually receiving from them due to Iranophobia.
You tell me, can a country like America, which just a few months ago was seeking to establish an Arab NATO aimed at countering Iran, be happy about this agreement?
