The head of the Automobile Dealers’ Union says car manufacturers are not accountable for the delivery delays.
The delivery of pre-sold cars in Iran has been delayed, causing customer complaints.
Asad Karami, the head of the Automobile Dealers’ Union in Tehran, confirmed that some dealerships have failed to deliver registered cars on time. He said, ‘We have contacted the Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade to resolve registration issues, but we have not received a response yet.’
He says the companies are also not accountable.
Mr. Karami also mentioned that the dealerships claim they are not at fault.
We don’t know where to send letters so that the people’s complaints reach the authorities.
This situation has caused confusion among customers.
Car market officials in Iran claim that the recent rise in the free market exchange rate has only affected the prices of Chinese and domestically assembled cars.
