The head of the Energy Commission of the Chamber of Commerce says the reason for the electricity imbalance is not moving the working hours forward by one hour.
Najafi, head of the Energy Commission of the Chamber of Commerce
If we had agreed on the one-hour change and it hadn’t been turned from an urgent bill into a regular one, we could have managed about 7% of the country’s electricity.
If they had allowed the working hours to be moved forward by one hour, the imbalance wouldn’t have happened.
In practice, we’ve rendered society inefficient; in the morning, employees lack efficiency, and on the other hand, in the afternoon, society experiences a void.
