The head of the Judiciary of the Islamic Republic creates and spreads a rumor about a personality every day

The head of the judiciary of the Islamic Republic creates a rumor about a personality every day and spreads it.

The head of Iran’s judiciary, in response to the scandal of a leaked clip showing a sexual relationship between two low-ranking officials with each other and other men, implicitly claimed that the enemy’s agenda is to destroy the personalities and institutions of the Islamic Republic.

Gholamhossein Mohseni Eje’i, on Monday, July 31st, in a meeting of the Supreme Council of the Judiciary, said, ‘We witness that every day a rumor is created about a personality and it is spread, and with psychological operations, they aim to confuse the people.’

Although the head of the judiciary did not directly refer to the incident of the sexual relationship clip between the two government officials, it seems his implicit reference was to reports about a homosexual relationship between Reza Thaqati and Hojjat al-Islam Mehdi Haqshenas, two government officials who are also brothers-in-law.

The Telegram channel Radio Gilan, by publishing a video file of the two officials involved in this incident, claimed that Reza Thaqati, the former director-general of culture and Islamic guidance of Gilan, had a sexual relationship with his brother-in-law Mehdi Haqshenas, who was also the deputy at the time of the institution for promoting virtue and preventing vice.
