The Iran Chamber: The Ministry of Industry, Mine, and Trade has no right to interfere in the Chamber of Commerce affairs

The Iran Chamber of Commerce states that the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade has no right to interfere in the affairs of the Chamber of Commerce.

Following the circulation of a letter attributed to the Secretary of the Supreme Council for Supervision of the Chamber of Commerce on social media on December 6, and also a notice from the Information Center of the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, the Iran Chamber of Commerce issued a statement. It reminded of the duties and powers of the Secretary of the Supreme Council for Supervision and the regulations for holding sessions of this council. It attributed the delay in holding the elections of the Iran Chamber to the lack of introduction of an official representative from the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade in the Supervisory Association.
