The Judiciary Gains Its Own Security Organization

Abolfazl Amouei, the spokesperson for the National Security Commission, stated that the session of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission was dedicated to continuing the review of the proposal for establishing the Judiciary’s Protection and Intelligence Organization.

In this session, clauses ‘Kh’ and ‘D’ of the first article of this proposal were approved, which, according to the approved items, prevention and counteraction against actions threatening or bribing judicial officials will be among the missions of the Judiciary’s Protection and Intelligence Organization.
