The Ministry of Culture announced that journalism is classified as a hard job.

Iman Shamsaei, Director General of Press and Domestic Media at the Ministry of Culture, wrote in a letter to the Khorasan Razavi Labor Department that according to clause 3 of article 11 of the regulations on hard and hazardous jobs, journalism is classified as a hard job, and journalists are subject to this law and should retire earlier than usual.
