The Most Important New U.S. Security Assessments on the Ukraine Conflict

Avril Haines, the Director of National Intelligence of the United States, in her interview with NBC, has presented the latest and most important security assessments regarding the current and future course of the battle between Ukrainian defenders and Russian aggressors.

Ms. Haines has stated about the condition of the Russian army and Putin’s position that Russia is rapidly depleting its weapons and is using up its arsenal much faster than its production capacity. As a result, the need for countries like Iran and North Korea is a serious requirement for Russia.

Regarding the outlook of battles between the two sides in the occupied territories of Ukraine, Ms. Haines has said that the pace of battles will slow down during the cold winter months in Eastern Europe, allowing Russia and its allied forces to recover their eroded capabilities and prepare for very important attacks in the following months.
