Qasim al-Araji, Iraq’s National Security Advisor, has traveled to Tehran and met with Brigadier General Ali Akbar Ahmadian, the new Secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council.

Iranian media say that during this meeting, the two sides discussed the implementation of the recent security agreement between Iran and Iraq and exchanged views.
