The New Secretary of the Public Culture Council Has No Resume or Background

The new secretary of the Public Culture Council has no resume or background.

Mr. Eghtesad’s sources indicate that Atefeh Khademi, the social advisor to the Minister of Culture, will be introduced as the secretary of the Public Culture Council in the coming days. Seyed Majid Emami, the current secretary, will be dispatched to Europe as a cultural advisor.

In Khademi’s resume, apart from participating and withdrawing from the Unity List in the 2019 parliamentary elections, there is no significant experience. Additionally, some of her past Twitter positions indicate a low level of thought and reflection.

In the past, professors from renowned universities like the University of Tehran and some experienced individuals were part of the Public Culture Council. However, today, some critics, upon reviewing Atefeh Khademi’s resume, merely describe her connections and presence in the circle of Ismaili, the Minister of Culture, from the Islamic Revolution Documents Center to the Ministry of Culture.
