The head of the transitional council of the fourteenth government stated that any decision made will be transparently communicated to the people.
The head of the transitional council of the fourteenth government explained the criteria and process for selecting the members of the fourteenth cabinet and emphasized that, up to this point, no responsibilities have been assigned in the government of Pezeshkian. Not even a single candidate for any responsibility has been finalized. All candidates will be proposed to Dr. Pezeshkian from within these committees, and ultimately, it is the president who has the right to select the desired individuals and introduce them to the parliament.
Zarif noted about the composition of the committees, emphasizing that it is important for our friends to know that each committee will include two academic elites, two non-academic specialists, one member from the reformist front, two members from other parties, two from specialized associations and guild systems, and people’s organizations. There will be one representative from the private sector, one from central and provincial headquarters, and at least one woman must be present in all committees. One member from ethnic groups or religious minorities will definitely be present in each committee. Our working groups have heads and secretaries, all of whom are under 40 years old and generally under 30. We have started this process and have now reached good stages.
