The Reds Returned Home with a Decisive Victory

The Reds went home with a decisive victory

In the latest match of the Iran’s Hazfi Cup just moments ago, Persepolis, the champion of the previous round, managed to defeat Naft va Gaz Gachsaran with a score of 3-0 and, along with Sepahan and Mes Rafsanjan, who had defeated Shams Azar Qazvin and Esteghlal Tehran respectively a few hours earlier, advanced to the next round of the competition.

Persepolis, which was hosting at Azadi Stadium today, entered the field with an unexpected lineup. Osamar, the Brazilian coach of the team, not only fielded his new players in the midfield but also rested Soroush Rafiei, Masoud Rigi, and Saeed Sadeghi, replacing them with Sina Asadbeigi, Ruston Aronov, and Vahid Amiri in the attacking line.

In defense, Abdulkareem Hassan replaced the injured Ali Nemati, and Farshad Faraji also substituted for the injured Georgi Gvelesiani.
