The White House Has No Evidence of Iran Sending Ballistic Missiles to Russia

The White House has no indication of Iran sending ballistic missiles to Russia

John Kirby, the National Security Council spokesperson, stated in a press briefing on February 22 that the United States has no information suggesting that Iran has sent ballistic missiles to Russia.

Mr. Kirby also added that the United States cannot definitively rule out potential future supplies.

According to Politico, Kirby said, ‘We have seen no confirmation that missiles have actually been transferred from Iran to Russia, but we have no reason to believe that this will not happen.’

He also noted that the White House will soon announce new sanctions against Iran in retaliation for sending weapons to Russia, including Shahed suicide drones.
