The White House Refrains from Inviting Netanyahu

The White House refrained from inviting Netanyahu

Reuters reported that with the Biden administration’s growing concern over judicial changes in Israel, which the ruling coalition in the country is pushing to pass quickly despite strong domestic protests and opposition, the White House has refrained from inviting Benjamin Netanyahu to visit the United States.

Currently, about three months have passed since Benjamin Netanyahu’s return to power and about five months since his declared victory in the Israeli parliamentary elections, yet the White House has not invited him.

During this period, it appears that Joe Biden has only spoken to Netanyahu by phone twice.
