The Council of Revolutionary Plaintiffs has commenced operations
A group of families of plaintiffs announced the existence of the Council of Revolutionary Plaintiffs. In their first statement on Monday, February 13, the newly established group declared that our loved ones have been killed by the despotic Islamic Republic over the past 44 years for the crime of dissent. We lost our loved ones in the struggle against tyranny while finding no fair authority or court for their justice in the past four decades.
The families of the plaintiffs continued in their statement, writing that they not only demand justice for those killed inside Iran but also want the will of the nation to prevail over Iran with the realization of freedom, democracy, and respect for human rights.
The families of the plaintiffs called on governments, politicians, international organizations, the United Nations, parliaments, and the global public opinion to support the democratic revolution of the Iranian people and recognize it.
