The Statistical Center of Iran: The average price of a house in Tehran is 50 million Tomans per square meter

The Iranian Statistics Center states that the average price of a house in Tehran is 50 million tomans per square meter.

The Iranian Statistics Center announced that the average price per square meter of residential units in Tehran reached 504 million tomans in December.

In December of this year, District 1 with a weighted average price of 107 million tomans had the highest price, and District 18 with a weighted average price of 25 million tomans had the lowest price among the 22 districts of Tehran.

The monthly inflation rate for residential apartment prices in Tehran was 41 percent. The monthly inflation rate for December decreased by 5 percentage points compared to the same information in the previous month.
