In an official announcement that was published a few minutes ago on the website of the Iran Over-the-Counter (OTC) market, it was stated that the Ministry of Sports and Youth will officially transfer the ownership of Persepolis Club to Bank Melli of Iran.

However, this news was denied today, and it was announced that Bank Melli is not the new owner of Persepolis. According to the published notice, the ownership of this club will only be transferred through the brokerage of this bank.

The continuation of the news stated that the OTC announced that 51 percent of Persepolis shares will be offered by the brokerage of Bank Melli on the 11th of Farvardin.
