The Troika Statement at the Board of Governors: Iran Must Resume Full Cooperation with the Agency
In a joint statement at the Board of Governors, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany called on the Islamic Republic to immediately implement the agency’s demands.
The statement emphasized that the time for Tehran to act has come, and Iran must provide special reports on high and low enriched uranium, update the design information questionnaires, and resume full inspections by the agency at all nuclear sites and facilities.
Previously, Abbas Araghchi, the foreign minister of the regime, announced in Egypt after an agreement with Rafael Grossi, the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, that the agreement itself does not grant any access to the agency’s inspectors, and the type of access must be negotiated in due time and postponed to future negotiations, except for the Bushehr plant which was granted access due to fuel replacement.
