Trump asked Iranian military personnel to lay down their weapons with guaranteed immunity
The US President, in his latest remarks about the war with Iran, asked the country’s military forces to lay down their weapons and simultaneously urged the diplomats of the Islamic Republic to apply for asylum.
Donald Trump, the President of the United States, in new statements about the military conflict with Iran, once again asked the military forces of the Islamic Republic to lay down their weapons and announced that if they do so, they will be granted immunity.
Trump also referred to what he called the successes of the US military in this war, saying these achievements have been realized even earlier than the projected timeline.
On Thursday, March 4th, he said, once again, I ask all members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, army, and police forces to lay down their weapons; otherwise, the only thing they will receive is death. Now is the time to stand with the people of Iran and help reclaim your country.
Trump further added, with guaranteed immunity, you will be completely safe, or you will certainly face death. We also ask Iranian diplomats around the world to apply for asylum and help us build a new and better Iran with great potential.
The US President also spoke about the future leadership of Iran, saying the United States will ensure that whoever takes leadership of Iran in the future will not threaten America or its neighbors, including Israel or any other country.
In response to a question about increasing tensions with Cuba, he stated, we want to finish the job with Iran first, but regarding Cuba, it’s just a matter of time.
