Trump: We want to end the Ukraine war
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived at the White House for a meeting and talks with Donald Trump. This meeting is taking place within the framework of discussions for peace in Ukraine.
During the White House meeting with Zelensky, Donald Trump stated that he intends to discuss Ukraine’s attacks within Russian territory and emphasized, ‘I want to end the issue of the war in Ukraine, and we will do it.’
In this meeting, Zelensky said that Russia is retreating on the battlefield and is losing a lot of manpower and financial resources.
He also added that during his trip to Washington, he intends to meet with several executives of American energy and defense industry companies.
On Thursday, Trump said that he intends to end the Russia-Ukraine war and make it the ninth war he has ended.
