UAE intercepts 18 ballistic missiles in today’s attacks
UAE officials reported extensive air defense engagement with missiles and drones
The United Arab Emirates announced that its air defense systems intercepted 18 ballistic missiles, four cruise missiles, and 47 drones today
In a statement from the UAE Ministry of Defense, it was mentioned that the source of these attacks was Iran, but no new casualty reports have been released
The ministry also stated that since the beginning of the war, UAE’s air defense has engaged with 475 ballistic missiles, 23 cruise missiles, and 2085 drones
According to these statistics, these attacks have so far resulted in the deaths of two armed forces members and 10 civilians, who were of Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and Indian nationalities
The UAE Ministry of Defense also reported that 203 people have been injured, with the severity of their injuries ranging from mild to severe
