UAE’s Lobby with Iran Using Trustees
According to exclusive news received by Iran Gate News Agency, after the agreement between the Islamic Republic and the United States, the UAE, in order to reduce vulnerability in case of renewed military tensions, has opened a new path for lobbying and negotiation by involving trustees close to Shiam and the government. They have offered concessions such as restoring residency and unblocking their accounts. According to this information, the UAE has proposed granting the Islamic Republic access to blocked funds in a deal involving the purchase of Boeings belonging to Saudi Airlines, which an Emirati businessman had bought, and this purchase was made from the blocked funds. The role of trustees as the UAE’s lobby in Tehran can be like a double-edged sword, and they may effectively become UAE’s pawns due to their own interests.
