They have offered concessions such as restoring residency and unblocking their accounts. According to this information, the UAE has proposed granting the Islamic Republic access to blocked funds in a deal involving the purchase of Boeings belonging to Saudi Airlines, which an Emirati businessman had bought, and this purchase was made from the blocked funds.
