Ukraine Undergoes Heaviest Bombardment After Putin-Trump Phone Call

Ukraine: We were under the heaviest bombardment after the phone call between Putin and Trump

Ukraine says that following the phone call between Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, Kyiv was subjected to the heaviest nightly bombardment since the start of the war.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned these attacks and said that unless Moscow faces truly extensive pressure, it will not stop its foolish and destructive behavior.

Ukraine’s Foreign Minister also described the firing of hundreds of Russian drones and ballistic missiles at the Ukrainian capital as horrific.

Ukrainian officials say Russia has fired 550 drones and missiles at the country, with Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine, suffering the most damage. According to these officials, at least 23 people have been injured in these attacks.

These attacks have damaged residential buildings, schools, train lines, and five ambulances.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is expected to speak with Mr. Trump today.
