Vladimir Putin is waiting for winter in Europe and January in the United States.
The announced figures for U.S. aid to Ukraine may soon reach 25 billion dollars, and financial guarantees for support and budget have long been provided by this country to the Ukrainians. Europe has also finalized plans to strengthen military and financial aid to Ukraine in advance.
These decisions by the Biden administration and its allied European governments naturally face specific obstacles. Economic hardships and rising energy prices in Europe have made it difficult for European governments. Europeans continue to support aid to Ukrainians, yet the growing scope of dissatisfaction cannot be overlooked.
In the United States, extremist Republicans allied with Putin have promised that if their party takes control of the House of Representatives, they will seriously disrupt the aid process to Ukraine. From the very beginning of Putin’s aggression against Ukraine, they have shown serious alignment with him, and for years, the Russian president has been one of the most popular figures among American Republicans.
Putin is waiting for winter in Europe to tighten the situation for European governments and waiting for January in the United States for his Republican allies to take control of the House of Representatives.
