Wall Street Journal: Informed Sources Say Nikki Haley Withdraws from Election

The Wall Street Journal reports that informed sources say Nikki Haley will withdraw from the election.

According to informed sources, Nikki Haley, the former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, intends to suspend her presidential campaign today, Wednesday.

Sources familiar with Nikki Haley’s plans told the Wall Street Journal that she, who was formerly the governor of South Carolina, intends to announce her withdrawal from the U.S. presidential campaign.

Haley, who was the U.S. representative to the UN in the former Trump administration, suffered a heavy defeat in the primaries in 15 states on Tuesday, securing votes from only one state.

Trump won 14 out of 15 Republican primary elections on Tuesday.
