Which Accounts Are Considered Business and Subject to Tax

Which accounts are considered commercial and subject to taxes?

Asghar Abolhasani, the Deputy Governor of the Central Bank, said that according to the resolution of the Money and Credit Council, if an account has more than 100 transactions in a month and 35 million tomans are moved in the transactions, it is considered a commercial transaction. Initially, a message is sent to individuals stating that their account with high transactions is a commercial account and commercial accounts are subject to tax. If the person claims that they are not conducting commercial activities and their account has been mistakenly identified as a commercial account, they can provide the relevant documents to the Tax Organization and the issue will be resolved.
